Audience: Employees considering retiring during the next five years

Purpose:

To inspire thinking about what life will be like when you retire and create a plan for retirement  

Format:

Four, 1.5-hour remote or in-person presentations with facilitated discussions

Maximum of 8 participants

Audience: All managers and leaders

Purpose:

To spur thinking and action to prepare multiple individuals to fill leadership positions in the future

Format:

One 2-hour presentation with facilitated discussion

Maximum of 6 participants
